Online conference – 19th & 20th Nov. 2020
Dear Act Now! and Green Economy Project Partners and Stakeholders, Dear Guests,
We are pleased to invite you to the final conference of the Act Now! project in cooperation with the Green Economy project by Bremerhaven’s economic development company (BIS).
The transnational conference „Green economy – the heating market changes – Act Now!“ takes place on 19th & 20th November 2020.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic it will be an online conference.
We are looking forward to keynotes addressing the ‘Green Deal’ (by a representative of the European Commission, Directorate-General Energy), ‘Climate friendly heating supply in the Federal State of Bremen’ and an introduction to the ‘Sustainable industrial site Lune Delta – Potential of a district heating concept (short range) by waste heat’.
Act Now! project partners will present their work and introduce a manual and guidelines for European local authorities to improve their capacities and energy efficiency.
On the second day the Act Now! project will hold a closed session Steering Committee Meeting.
On the second day the Green Economy Project by Bremerhaven’s economic development company (BIS) will give you an exclusive insight of the planning status for the Lune Delta project with a special focus on the energy supply. Attendance at the event of BIS requires personal invitation and affirmation beforehand (please see attached invitation letter).
